How long will my order take to ship?
It takes about 2-3 business days to process and ship out orders.
Note, dispatch times may be longer during a sale period.
Can I ask for additional measurements?
Measurements and sizes are listed for each item. Please feel free to ask us for additional measurements if needed!
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
If you received a damaged item, please contact us at info@letitbleed.shop with images of the damage or problem with your item.
My package was lost, what do I do?
Please contact us at info@letitbleed.shop so we can look into the matter and open an investigation with shipping method used to ship your item or items. We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until we receive confirmation that the package is lost in transit, which can take up to 14 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled or adjusted.
Can I return items I bought?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Although, there are some occasions when we do:
1. If there was a mistake in the item description (measurements were wrong, etc.).
2. If you received the wrong item.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We offer everyday FREE shipping on all orders over $200 excluding taxes and after coupons or promotions.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
